How do I qualify for the ASLNC Certificate?

Attend and successfully complete initial legal nurse consulting training from a credited program approved by the ASLNC Testing and Validation Committee. The legal nurse consulting training must include forty hours of training, state and national law, legal theories, critical thinking (applying the law to medicine), civil procedures, rules of evidence and basic marketing principles for the legal nurse consultant.

* Maintain ASLNC annual membership

* Complete fifteen continuing education credits in the legal filed over two years
